🤝 Referral Program Terms
The CopyGo Pro referral program is an optional feature. By generating or sharing a referral link, or by entering a referral code at checkout, you agree to the following terms:
1. How it works. Each registered user receives a unique referral link and code. When a new user signs up through your link and makes a qualifying purchase, you (the referrer) earn a commission, and the new user (the referee) may receive a discount for entering a valid code at checkout.
2. Commission scope. Commission is earned on strategy subscriptions and standalone Pro Trading Desk purchases only. TradeControl purchases do not earn commission. Commission is calculated on the amount actually paid after any applicable discount.
3. Lifetime attribution. The referrer credited for a customer is fixed at the time that customer first signs up, based on the referral link used, and does not change thereafter — even if a different code is entered at a later checkout. Subject to these terms, the referrer earns commission on every qualifying purchase that customer makes for the duration of their relationship with CopyGo Pro.
4. Discount scope. Referral discounts apply to strategy purchases only, on orders of $50 or more, and only when a valid referral code is actively entered at checkout. Discounts do not apply to Pro Trading Desk or TradeControl purchases.
5. Rates are variable. Commission and discount percentages are set per referral code at CopyGo Pro's discretion, may differ between accounts, and may be changed at any time without notice. Your current rate is displayed in the Referrals tab of your account.
6. Earnings and withdrawals. Commission accrues as a credit balance in your account. Payouts are made in USDT on the TRC20 or ERC20 network. The minimum withdrawal is $50; each request is for your full available balance. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed manually, typically within approximately 48 hours, and we may require identity or eligibility verification before releasing any payout. You are solely responsible for providing a correct wallet address and network; transfers sent to an address you provide cannot be reversed.
7. Prohibited conduct. Referral commissions are a goodwill reward for genuinely introducing new customers. They are not wages, guaranteed income, employment, or an investment return. Self-referrals (including referring your own additional accounts), fake, reversed, or fraudulent orders, sign-ups using false information, and any other attempt to manipulate the program are strictly prohibited.
8. Our rights. CopyGo Pro reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to revoke any referral code, withhold, reverse, or cancel any commission, suspend or terminate participation, and modify, pause, or discontinue the referral program in whole or in part at any time. CopyGo Pro's determination in any matter relating to the referral program is final.
