You connect the account on your Gold Velocity dashboard, choose a starting lot and press Start. From then on the engine trades XAUUSD on that account by itself.
The engine runs on CopyGo's servers, connected directly to your MT5 account. Your computer does not need to be on.
No VPS and no EA on your side. You connect the account with its login, password and broker server, and that is all.
The dashboard gives you Start, Stop and Close All. Stop prevents new positions; Close All closes everything the engine holds.

One decision per new one-minute bar on XAUUSD — not on every tick.
Outside that window it opens no new basket. A basket that is already open keeps being managed after 12:00 until it closes.
If a basket closed within the last 60 seconds, it opens the opposite direction. Otherwise it fades a move: if gold moved 1.50 or more over the last 10 one-minute bars, it trades against that move. If not, it waits.
Each time price moves 0.30 against the most recent position, another is opened in the same direction — up to 20 positions in one basket. This is the grid.
Position sizes run: starting lot, starting lot, then ×1.4 each step, rounded to 0.01. Larger steps pull the basket's average entry closer to price, so a smaller move back reaches the target.
Every position carries a take-profit at the basket's average entry ± 1.50, held at your broker. When it is reached, the basket closes as one.
There is no stop-loss: a basket stays open until it reaches its take-profit. The full 20-position basket is reached after a $5.70 move against the first entry, which is why the recommended capital below matters.
You choose the starting lot; the default is 0.01. The recommended capital is $25,000–$50,000 for every 0.01 of starting lot. Everything else scales with it.

The ladder at a 0.01 starting lot, positions 1 to 20. Positions larger than your broker's per-order maximum are sent as several orders and counted as one position.
No other CopyGo product and no manual trading on it. The engine counts every position on XAUUSD with its magic number as its own. The account is checked as dedicated when you connect it.
The master (trading) password, not the investor password — the engine has to be able to place orders.
